Multicoloured Otomi
This one off beautifully hand embroidered Otomi on a cotton back is floating on a deep cream mount.

Bespoke framed in FSC accredited wood and as with all our traditionally framed pieces, we conservation frame as much as we can. This beautifully embroidered textile is carefully wrapped around a conservation board and floated on a conservation mount board. There is a 1.5cm spacer so the piece sits back into the breathable frame.
The oak wooden frame is painted with a chemical free waterborne white wash.
PROVENANCE
Each of Loom’s beautiful Otomi pieces has been carefully designed and as with our other textiles, we aim to bring a more contemporary feel to a traditional art form. Each unique piece is delicately hand drawn and then hand embroidered with silk thread on cotton or linen by skilled artisans.
CARE
With all our frames use a soft cloth to remove any marks. We recommend a microfibre cloth for cleaning. Do not use anything abrasive.
